1. The service
SMSC Simulator "Maxi" is a web-based SMPP SMSC simulator for testing SMS platforms and applications. It accepts messages sent over SMPP v3.4, REST API and API connections and returns responses and delivery reports. Messages are not delivered to real mobile handsets. The service is intended for development, testing and demonstration purposes only.
2. Accounts and credentials
- To use the simulator you register in the web panel and create accounts for your clients, with their own SMPP login, password and permitted IP addresses.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out with your accounts.
3. Free trial
After registration you receive 3 free days of use to try the functionality of the simulator. After the trial period, continued use requires a rental package.
4. Rental packages and payment
- The available packages, with their number of clients, speed and features, are shown on the home page.
- You choose a package in the "Settings" menu of the panel. If you change the package later, you can only choose a more functional one.
- Payment is made online in cryptocurrency through the panel, as described on the page How to pay. Payment confirmation takes some time and the speed of confirmation is not controlled by us.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the simulator to send or attempt to send real or unlawful traffic, spam or abusive content;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service or to other users' data;
- share your credentials with unauthorized parties or use the service in violation of applicable law;
- resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.
We may suspend or restrict access to an account that breaches these rules.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance or change the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profit or business arising from the use of, or inability to use, the simulator. The simulator is a testing tool, and you should not rely on it for production messaging.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and the service from time to time. The date at the top shows when the terms were last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
