2. What data we process
Contact form
When you use the contact form we process the name, e-mail address and message text that you enter, so that we can answer you.
Server logs
Our web server records technical data about each request, such as your IP address, the requested page, the date and time, the browser type and the referring page. This data is used to run and secure the website.
Analytics
If analytics is enabled, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used, for example which pages are visited. Analytics cookies or similar technologies are used only with your consent where the law requires it.
Content delivery
The website is delivered through Cloudflare, a content delivery network and security provider. Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, in order to deliver and protect the website.
Simulator accounts
Registration and use of the simulator web panel take place on a separate application. The data you enter there is handled in that application and is described in the Terms of use and in the information shown at registration.
3. Why we process data
- To answer your questions and requests sent through the contact form.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To measure website usage, when analytics is enabled.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the situation, we rely on your consent (for example for analytics cookies), on the steps needed to respond to your request, on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website, or on a legal obligation.
5. Who receives your data
We share data only with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you, such as hosting, content delivery and security (Cloudflare), e-mail and analytics (Google) providers. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms. We do not sell your personal data.

The website uses only the cookies needed to work, for example to protect the contact form against forged requests, and, if analytics is enabled and you agree, analytics cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
